Caden’s foster parents are worried about him because they have received multiple calls from his school about him hacking into their computers. I think what sold me was the character’s development. The two teenagers are identical twins who were brought to the attention of Axis faculty for their techniques in shoplifting. The plot is solid and complex, and even when I felt like I had a grasp on what was going on I was still on edge because I felt like there might be a twist coming that would prove me wrong. And now I am communicating to the author! The first is a gloriously fun, fast reading experience, as Thaddeus and Phineas encourage Cadel to test and increase his intellectual powers by causing traffic jams, making buildings fall down and wreaking havoc at school.
When I finished, I came with the best idea for a book report. Cadel is almost unbelievably bright, and his deviations into mathematics and the wonders of the periodic catherinw may loose a few readers.

Through conversations arranged with special DNA wired devices, Phineas and Thaddeus encouraged Cadel to learn how systems of human relations work, so that he could cause havoc with students failing their Higher School Certificate. YA also functions strongly as a marketing category, linked to the way a book is formatted and distributed, and many titles have been extremely commercially successful over the past few decades with both younger readers and adults.
